• Usage data: app interactions, device info, crash logs
• Social data: follows, likes, collections

• Display your content in the community feed
• Send notifications about social interactions
• Ensure community safety through content moderation

3. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal data
• Content you publish is visible to other users
• We may share data with service providers (cloud hosting, content moderation)

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Export: Download your data in a portable format

5. Data Security

• All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt
• Tokens stored in secure device storage

6. Data Retention

• Account data retained while account is active
• Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days
• Anonymized analytics may be retained longer

7. Children

CraftBuzz requires users to be 16 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: You may request details about the personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell your personal information. If this changes, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
• Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
